⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5: The book version of the Alias TV show. Very complex sometimes hard to follow narrative that does take away from actually getting to know the main character (because you have to get to know all 37 of her aliases). Once I sat with the story I did end up fairly enjoying the ride it took me on with the twisty curves it throws out. Some were a little predictable. I would not call this a feminist tale as the main character definitely uses her body to get the attention of her targets to manipulate them. That kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, the most okayest thriller I’ve read this year.
