This story felt like a stab in the back of good fantasy. It's not epic at all! The writing is childish and the characters are flat - their names are an insult to imaginations everywhere! If you write fantasy, please use original names, but not long ridiculous vomit-words that have absolutely no meaning, and then have minor characters with modern (our world) names. Seriously, if I had a dime for every "fantasy" book I read that did this...
Don't waste your breath lying to yourself that this thing was worth your time. It wasn't. Find better reads elsewhere.
