This generally isn't my type of story because I like a little more angst rather than starting with both characters already in love with each other, but it was still cute.
CUTEEEE. roman is truly what all hero’s are made of & i mean that. this was easy, i read it in a day. but i really enjoyed it! i’d say it makes sense to read the first one to get a better take of what’s going on with this couple. plus this really helps with what i assume will be the next book in the series!

Roman was delectable in every way. To be inside his head and feel his love for Teagan and the lengths he’d go for her I can’t even stand it.
And Teagan...she was a fiercely brave woman. She had been through the storm and made it the other side scars and all.
Samantha Whiskey brought it from the very beginning with Roman and I wasn’t ready. Whiskey even brought me to tears unexpectedly so it’s safe to say I was in my feelings with this one but I don’t regret a single word.
