This was not a book for me. The sexism and misogyny were just through the roof and the murder mystery was very boring. I'm not a big fan of murder mysteries anyway and I suspect I only enjoyed "And then there were none" because I watched the TV mini series first. Really hoping I'll enjoy Murder on the Orient express more because I already own it and know basically nothing about it.
I liked the reveal at the end but the voice actor didn't do it for me and there were not a lot of clues to what as eventually revealed so... Meh. Not for me.

I just flew through this book, I really enjoyed it and it referenced back to 'death on the Nile' which having just read I actually got, which is always nice. The island itself sounds so magical and the talk of secret caves and smugglers is quite fantastical. It was such a clever murder I thought and so many false leads all over the place. It was also interesting to see half the suspects immediately ruled out, it definitely made me puzzle a bit. Really good
