So cute and funny, with glitter details added to each page for a little bit of a tactile experience too (but don’t worry, it’s not going to come off the book and get all over your house 😜).

Glitter does make things more fun! Unless it’s a craft program at the library, then glitter is a disaster (unless it’s slime).

The text is pretty bland, but my four-year-old loved the illustrations -- especially running her fingers over the texture of the glitter. I liked that the book sent the message that too much glitter can be a bad thing. I'm not sure if it will get though to the intended audience, but at least the author tried to temper the glitter mania that ravages clothing, carpets, etc.

Cute little book. Who doesn't love glitter?? I enjoyed the illustrations, and the fact that parts of the book had ACTUAL glitter in the pages.

Fun rhymes and textured, multi-media art.
You may even end up with a bit of glitter on you!

This is such a beautiful and adorable book.
Honestly, I don't really like glitter that much. I don't really like it at all. But I can definitely see the appeal of this book. All the sparkles and shimmers are mesmerizing.
I have noticed a trend in children's books lately. A lot of them have glitter pages, especially character books like Trolls and Frozen. However, this one is a feat of genius. They figured out how to make a glitter book that doesn't shed glitter all over your house. I rubbed my hand on one of the almost-completely glitter-filled page and not a speck of glitter came off. Amazing. This technology deserves a medal.
Anyway, back to the actual book. Adorable rhyming book about how fun glitter is. It's a fairly simple story, but still entertaining. What I liked the most was the creative pictures. They feature a world made from paper, cloth, string, and of course glitter. Beautiful, beautiful pictures. I also love the glitter world that was created.
Great story with amazing pictures. I read this with one of the little girls I work with and we spent the next ten minutes pretending to swim away from glitter sharks. If that isn't the mark of a good read, then I don't know what is.

This book describes me so well! A must read for all glitter fans! The story has several scenarios where the main character and her cat add glitter to make themselves happy and their surroundings pretty. This book would make a better read aloud because of the REAL GLITTER on some of the pages you HAVE to touch.
