I’m sorry to say this but I’d rather Fortuna end up with ANYONE but Collith. Laurie is the correct choice obviously but if Collith and Fortuna are end game atleast make them a throuple.

It is an alright book, we discover a lot of her hidden memories. The ending is kind of confusing, with that new character introduced. The plot twist when Nym saw what she was doing in the backyard after Savannah came to the house was interesting.

I hate this series with my entire heart, but I'm gonna finish it anyway (sadly that involves waiting)
My bestie said I don't know how to quit toxic things and that might be the reason why I've been reading 2k pages of this
Anyway
Two important things about me:
1. I hate fantasy where the worldbuilding is based on faeries. They are machiavellian, corrupt, mischievous, tricky, dishonest and manipulative creatures, so they remind me a little too much of myself. I don't like that.
2. I don't like Laurie because he reminds me of myself too. Literally.
I didn't enjoy the first part at all. I really like Collith, as a character, but can't stand the way the author is dealing with the relationship between him and Fortuna. Honestly, at this point, that girl is only thinking about having sex and I'm extremely annoyed by her choices. I mean, if she's gonna end up with a guy bcs she can't have the other one at least make it less embarrassing. For all of us.
I'm really curious about what's gonna happen with Oliver. I don't see them being endgame, but this book is already insane so who knows.
