Well that took me forever to read. Honestly underwhelmed since I loved Fourth Wing so much.
Ripping my heart out would have been less painful than this cliffhanger…

The beginning of the book was a bit slow but definitely picked up in the second half. The plot twist at the end makes me so excited to pick up the third but also WTFFFF

It was a bit long in my opinion. Was this amazing literature? No, but I enjoyed it a lot and so I that is why it gets a 5. That why many of the books I read get a high rating, simply because I enjoyed them.
