Few developing thoughts!

I don't know anything about this author so reviewing with having only read the book for what it is.

Action pacing was smart and snappy. FMC and MC boring as usual but didn't feel like they overtook the WHOLE book which is a welcome surprise.

Don't feel like any of the tropes are particularly new in this book either but it does feel more well fleshed out than book one.

I'm not a huge stan but not NOT a stan either. A reluctant stan?

Spicy scenes didn't do much if anything for me tho and were pretty weirdly peppered thru the book, sorry to this man aka FMC / MC. Also why does it seem so hard to write them someone tell me.
