Very enjoyable read.  It starts off somewhat slowly and repetitively, similar to A Man Called Ove or The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nightime, but ends up being such a satisfying book.

the mystery was pretty cut and dry and over too quickly, other than a slight twist at the end that doesn't really change very much

Very voice-y and absolutely brilliant. Best of the year so far! 

Not a 5 star because it felt like the book ended twice. It was very strange. 

*revising to a 5 star. I keep thinking about it. It's just so good!
