This was pleasant to read but I wouldn’t say it’s a very good mystery or thriller. It was quite predictable and I didn’t feel much suspense throughout it.

This is a book that I thought was good, but isn’t one I’m going to rave about for days and days. I think the direction with Molly’s narration offers a different take on a murder mystery like this and invokes a lot of pity and empathy in the reader. I would say this is a good book to pick up when you’re not sure what to read, but want to read something.

I loved this book SO MUCH! I wanted to go into the book and immediately hug Molly and force her to be my friend. It’s not all too often where I become so enamored with a character, but Molly is a literal DELIGHT with her quirks. Bookstagram did me right when they recommended that I read this one. It’s becoming one of my favorite series and I hope Nita Prose continues to write more! I’ve already started in on the second one and I know I’m going to love it just as much as I do this one. I highly recommend it!
