honestly kinda disappointed it was such an interesting premise one where she could feel nothing and he could feel everything but it wasn’t done right. i think if there was a supernatural element to this it would have made a better book. but the reason i’m giving it such a low rating is bc there were several serious topics that weren’t addressed well, not only that but i hated how dependent they were to heal idk i think they both needed to do that on their own. with that said i stilled loved mia and noah and my heart hurts for the both of them. but the other characters were something else…

Holy cow. This book was even better than I was anticipating. This book hasn’t even been released yet and I’m dying for book 2. I already know it’s gonna crush me. So this book is about Mia who has emotional detachment. She gets into some trouble and is sent to a mental university type place. She ends up meeting a group of people who can’t seem to leave her alone. They want to include her in everything they do. One of those people is Oliver or Ollie as everyone calls him. Ollie has emotional intensity so he feels all emotions which is the opposite of Mia. Anyways, they form a good connection and he helps her through some panic attacks and whatnot. She struggles to go to counseling and figure out why she’s the way she is. I can’t even keep typing or I’m going to spill the entire story here. All I’m saying is, if you read the blurb and it seems interesting to you, then READ THIS BOOK. It’s probably better than your expectations. And it’s definitely worth the time to read. Can’t wait for book 2!

Ollie and Mia’s cute romance scenes were unlike any other I’ve read. They had such an atmosphere to them, I felt as if i was there with them as well.
Their love felt so genuine and perfect, and it breaks my heart what has happened to both of them. I don’t know how i’m going to survive through the next book.
