This was a decent sequel. I didn't love it as much as I did the first one. The format changed, it wasn't in diary style anymore. That was one of the reasons I really loved the first one. It felt like a real experience. This one also had multiple POV's which sometimes got annoying. And there was a cliffhanger. Now I have to patiently wait until the third book is translated.

Pues aquí os traigo la reseña de esta segunda parte de la trilogía de Manel Loureiro. La segunda novela que leo española sobre zombies, la primera es que fue la de Carlos Sisi. He decidido darle un 2,5 de nota.
Ya he traído la primera parte de esta trilogía por este red, llamada Apocalipsis z, solo tenéis que buscar en mi perfil para encontrarla.
A ver como le meto mano a la reseña porque tampoco quiero contar mucho de lo que ha pasado en la primera partes pero lo que si puedo decir es que hay varios cambios que han llegado a hacer que la historia no me guste tanto como su primera parte, os voy a comentar estas y a la vez también deciros las cosas que en un principio no me han llegado a atraer del todo en esta segunda parte.
Sobre todo lo que menos me ha llamado la atención es que la historia ya no esta contada en forma de diario, que creo que en si era una de las cosas que más me gustaban en el anterior, porque a veces veía que habían pasado unos 4 o 5 días desde una actualización y la otra, por lo que la siguiente actualización iba a tener mucho jugo porque tenía que contarme lo que había pasado. Este sin embargo es simplemente contar la historia sin esas fechas. Por lo que claramente se ha quitado un poco ese énfasis de saber que es lo siguiente que va a pasar.
En este caso la escasez de zombies, que aunque es una historia de supervivencia a veces esta bien que meta alguno que otro zombie, porque si me pongo a pensar en las escenas creo que solo puedo pensar dos en concreto y se supone que hay miles y millones de zombies.
Ahora voy a decir algunas cosas que si que me han resultado interesantes:
La historia esta dividida en dos espacios diferentes uno en Madrid y otro en Canarias, son capítulos intercalados para dar mucho más dinamismo. En Madrid podemos ver las aventuras y desventuras que van a pasar tanto Viktor como nuestro protagonista, que para mi gusto no es muy interesante y en algunos momentos he estado deseando terminar de leer ese capitulo para irme corriendo al otro que lo sentía mucho más interesante. Ya que la segunda parte esta protagonizada por Lucia. Para mi gusto la parte más interesante mucho más fluida que la que ocurre en Madrid. Es la parte que me ha tenido entretenida.
Una de las cosas muy positivas del libro, bueno de esta segunda parte es la explicación de como ha ocurrido el virus. Obviamente no os voy a contar mucho más de esto pero fue también de las partes que más me tuvo enganchada ya que esta muy bien documentada y es muy posible. Lo cual puede darnos miedo ya que de donde parte existe y bueno es algo conocido que ya de por si puede asustar pero extendiéndolo más es aún peor.
¿Recomendarla? Sí buscas algo bueno de zombies esta trilogía tiene cosas que no encontrarás en el género, como son explicaciones basadas en datos.
¿Releerla? pues nunca se sabe pero por ahora me gustaría descubrir cosas nuevas en el género.

The relationship between the main character, and the love interest is a little little uncomfortable 4 me. He’s a 30+ man who gets with a 16-year-old some of the language writer uses to describe this young woman is very misogynistic too so be warned

Too rushed
I don’t know...it was too rush and lack of good contents. For some reasons, I felt that the author just pushes through the story. He could stretch it to 350 pages with effects of that twist. Maybe daring escape? Or something but definitely need more juicy contents! Let it soaked up.

Si el primero me entretuvo, este segundo me ha parecido muchísimo mejor. Me ha sorprendido la de giros que tiene la trama y que hasta el final el autor te puede seguir sorprendiendo.

I loved the first book, and was really excited to see that the second had been translated. I prefered the style of the first book over that of the second, but it still had some surprises are interesting twists. The first few chapters I was disappointed at the style departure. Book 1 was all blog and paper journal style. Book 2 jumps point of view a lot before settling into a pattern at about 40% through. From there I didn't want to put it down. But in the first few chapters you read from the point of view of...
1) a lizard (or a rock next to a lizard, or something)
2) third person omniscient to summarize book 1
3) protagonist
4) zombie
5) random guy we've never met before
Then it switches back and forth between just two points of view for MOST of the rest of the book. Which is easier to enjoy.
Its all very readable, it follows the world already created pretty well. A few things are very expected and kind of trite, but there are some loops and twists to keep things good. I'll definitely read the third and fourth books when they get translated!

No está a la altura del primero, pero me ha resultado muy entretenido y ha conseguido que quiera leerme la tercera parte y así saber como termina la historia.
