PREACH girl! I just love her so much!

I decided that as much as just reading this was going to be amazing but I wanted to be impact of the actual TED talk. This was such a powerful speech that she makes such amazing points that should be discussed more often. Everything she mentions is so important and everyone should read this as well as listen to her talk.
