3.5 - things just got interesting.. sorta skimmed after the 3rd chapter. Then by the middle it got to be a little better. Definitely lots more drama. It was touch and go for a while.

Better than the first book in this duet but still not great. Looking back knowing this was a duet it definitely could have been combined into 1 book and taken out a lot of the filler in the first book.

A máme tu Happy End.

Why was this even worse than the first one? This duet really could've been combined into a 400 page two part book. Rush was so back and forth with his emotions and just needed to grow the eff up. And Gia was just there to take it all. She was a hot mess herself. Super quick and easy read but pretty much no point to it. The plot was dragged out and obvious. The best part of this duet was the smut.

sigh. swoony, dreamy sigh.

Rebel Heart is an angsty, soap opera like mess. Life really can be complicated. Or at least Gia's is!

Rush isn't sure where he stands in the new plot development drama.

I wanted to shake the shit out of him while stroking his head and burying it in my cleavage. 😉 I don't say I was innocent. That man is dead sexy in his appearance, his protectiveness, and that heart of freaking gold.

Its impossible not rank Rush as one of the best book boyfriends ever!

(I’m not going to rate this series)

Tbh, I just skimmed through this second one.

All in all: I understand that some books are too sugary sweet and fairy tales but I read books to get away from read life. I read books to be taken away into a different world that captivates me with romance, sadness, passion, etc. This series was just too crazy for me. Like nope. This wasn’t a fairy tale, it was a cluster fuck.
