This was a brilliant book. I loved the British English that was spoken, and Tallulah is just a wonderful character. :)

Not as funny as the Georgia Nicholson books (perhaps my sense of humor has changed) but still incredibly fun.

I love Louise Rennison, but Tallulah Casey's acting antics feel like a less-good version of her big cousin Georgia Nicolson's snogging stories. Georgia's life wasn't any more interesting really, but she was far more self-assured (and had better catch phrases, and was more memorable) than Tallulah. Plus after reading the Georgia Nicolson series, everything in this one feels a little rehashed. I'll keep reading though, because Rennison is hilarious. Three stars, with the hope that the next book deserves more.

Really couldn't get into this book... only really read it because it's so short and a pretty easy read. The book has some funny parts, don't get me wrong, but this series is nothing compared to the Georgia Nicholson series, which I absolutely loved. Those books can actually make me laugh out loud whereas this book and the previous one just... don't. Apparently there's going to be a third book, which I can't say I'll be rushing out to read.

Weird, quirky, and so stupid, it's super funny. I don't know how many times I screamed out "WAIT WHAAAT!!"

The recycled jokes are starting to get a little tiring, but still enjoyable for now ...

Tallulah Casey is back for her first real term of college at Dother Hall! Lullah is so excited to be back at college since she's missed all her friends so much. Unfotunately, she must say goodbye to Honey, who is off to Hollywood to be a star! And of course she is most excited to see Alex the Good. Again, unfortunately it appears Alex has met somebody at his own college and Lullah's chances with the boy of her dreams reduce from very little to non-existent. Then there is Charlie, the local boy who kissed her but has a girlfriend and just wants to be friends. And then who can forget Cain the Bad who turns Tallulah's world upside down with his devilish ways. All seems to be going well until Tallulah and the gang finds out that Dother Hall is having trouble with their funds and may have to close down... forever.

I absolutely love this series so far! Louise Rennison is still one of my all-time favourite authors. I always find myself laughing out loud while reading her writing. I hope she comes out with another series soon!!
