Unfortunately, my tiktok attention span and the fact that english is not my first langage yet again made me not able to appreciate a masterpiece :( love to see the ways the themes are explored, especially since it was written while the 2 first waves of feminism were happening.

Just wonderful!! I love this book in all it's queerness and weirdness. The racism is really jarring and an unfortunate part of the novel, which is why I didn't give it 5, along with the ending not being totally strong for me.
