read for a class on childrens books. It’s very arabian nights in the way the stories cut in (called a framed story I think). It’s cute. Would be good for little kids but I didnt get much out of it as an adult

Such a cute little story! Read for my Children's Literature class. Loved the positive representation of Chinese culture.
