This is probably a three star book that I bumped up to 4 because of it's library centric plot and librarian main character. Very enjoyable teen fiction! However, the main character's contention that she became a librarian because she just loves books so much, rubs me the wrong way. The fact that the library has no public access or ILL is just wrong, and why I suspect it is evil.

It had the word 'library' in the title, I like books, whatever, I'm not always deep about shit.

I had a hard time of getting into the book. The story wasn't too bad. Though I was on the fence of giving it a 3 star rating. I think I'm more of a mood reader. This honestly wasn't hitting the right mood through the entire book that I'm feeling it at a 2.5 star rating. The title of the book was what greatly intrigued me to pick it up. I loved the beginning it had a Harry Potter feel. Then it started taking a very slow nose dive the rest of the entire book. Nothing against Sherlock Holmes or Dr. Who. I do love a good mystery/thriller to read. If my late husband was still alive. He would've loved reading this book as he was a Sherlock Holmes & Dr. Who fan.
