Entertaining
This is my first Mrs. Pargeter book. this is a nice Christie-style whodunit, with a number of different suspects and side stories. I found her use of various of her late husbands friends a bit too convenient, but still enjoyable.

Standalone. 3rd person POV following Mrs. Pargetter. Mild violence. Not steamy.
