This is a different sort of romance in that the main couple is married not trying to find one another. They go from ignorantly happy to having to work through real problems which test their bond. I enjoyed the flashbacks and steamy scenes and have a good idea where the series is headed. I told a friend I would read it and now I'm glad I have.

Well, This book was a lot of things to me but the most thing that popped out was how frustrated I was they just needed some Cumunication!!! Cumunication!!! Cumunication!!!
Olivia girl, photo tumblr_lmeihaqdWP1qckflo_zps84bb3152.gif For a minute thats how you had me I really tried hard to understand you and your issues. I totally got why you were upset with Him(for that secret) but your reaction upset me I feel you girl on the trust and lying issue but there were better ways to handle it... I have to remember this is fiction but people do this stuff for reals, we are human and do stupid stuff. It open my eyes on how easy it is to hurt the ones we love most, and that goes for both of them because...
Dean, honey photo tumblr_mbsosv9zhZ1qavrj8o1_500_zps175bc033.gif I need a moment
Ok photo 1511769.gif YOU DO NOT KEEP SECRETS LIKE THAT FROM YOUR WIFE!!! What the hell was wrong with that fool?

Communication!!! Communication!!! Communication!!! Ok, ok Im calm now... So I really loved that this was about a married couple. I love how through it all they loved each other so much to keep fighting, and I love how we get both POV's. I also love how we get glimpses on how they met and whats brought us up to this point. This was very entertaining. Oh and I love the friends that Kelsey was something else. The love scenes were hot hot, hot. The way Dean talks to her... lemme fan myself. This story was very emotional but not heartbreaking. It's just enough to keep you nervous and expect the worse to happen. Thank God that it didn't so far, I still have another book to go. I'm routing for this couple and I hope they get there Shi$% together soo they can enjoy their blankity blank blank to come. All in all this book was delicious because they had the most amazing sexual chemistry I've eve read! cant wait to read more

Great spice, but the plot was annoying. Why do they never communicate?! I skimmed so fast through some of the really dull parts. Could have used some more romance build up.

This was really depressing.

I wasn't a fan of either of the characters but I think that's because I never really got to know them as they were already a couple and well into their story by the time I came along.

I guess I just prefer the "falling in love" story as opposed to the "after they've married", I like to leave the happily ever after alone as its never as an exciting a tale.

And one of my absolute pet hates is back and forward in timelines.

Anywho, this just wasn't my cup of tea and I won't be finishing the series.

This is kind of a new genre for me.

The story was new & amazing, i mean we, myself wonder sometimes what happens after happy ever afters in books, we get tidbits sometimes but that is still not enough, This book hits right on it's mark there, it happens after, which is new, makes the story line even more attractive along with some old tidbits of before. So I loved it <3. It was realistic showing the struggles of the marriage & various issues of insecurity

In my words ... " A pristine(new) emotionally sweet & bitter past salty romance"

I really liked the book, especially the flawless writing, transition has always been a soft spot for me for one part to another, which was bang on this book, you know sometimes we need to adjust our thinking to the next part for a bit before continuing, smoothness helps a lot. Again this book has hit it's mark there :)

I read the next one too :)

I really enjoyed this book! It was something different from what I usually read, since the couple in the story is already married, and that's what made everything even more interesting.

We get to see a glimpse of what the married life could be when not everything is perfect at some point. I liked the pace, and how everythign turned out.

There were times when I felt so bad for them, and I wished they could figure everything out and make it right again. The author made a great work with this story, she described everything really well so the situations weren't forced, and the problems didn't fix easily or quickly, it was more complicated than that and the writting helped.

I love how we get to see how they met and how their relationship first developed. Also both POVs.

Liv is a really strong character and I fell in love with her right away. But Dean stole my heart from the start. I love the way he is with her and that hot professor aura he has. He is all male and oh God, the way he talks. So sexy.

The steamy scenes were perfect! Very real and passionate.

Kelsey was awesome and I even liked Tyler too. I love how the author didn't make him look like the bad guy, so you can understand Liv better.

I can't wait to read Allure!

This was a great read. The story revolved around the marriage of Dean West and his lovely wife, Olivia. I thought the story was great, and the characters were great as well. I liked the flashbacks of how their romance first begin. He is a successful, sexy teacher, and she is the student that has his heart and soul.

I liked Dean as a character. He was passionate, sexy, and yet sweet and kind all at the same time. Olivia was a bit awkward for me at some parts, but overall I thought her character was well written. Can't wait to see what happens next in the romance. Overall, an enjoyable read.

This was a nice change of pace from the usual NA stuff I've been reading. Finally a married couple, somebody who has been together for more than two minutes in utter bliss and then realize, wait we have to live the rest of our lives together? So it was a promising start. I did not love the Liv, the wife because she seems really mousey to me, idolizing her gorgeous accomplished husband while she floats around doing nothing much but she was ok. I did fall for their love for each other though, and it draws you in, aside from how much they have sex after 5 years because I'm sorry, ask most married couples, that is wishful thinking and completely unrealistic.

But towards the end of the book, their secrets come out and you begin to really see what they are made of. And maybe she is not as mousey as she seems. And to do what she did and then tell him about it? That took balls! But also, how freaking stupid? Why ruin your marriage over that? Both of them stomped all over the most important thing a marriage can have. TRUST. Once you lose that, its almost impossible to truly get back.

Overall, a good experience. Looking forward to seeing how they deal with things in Part 2.
