Really lovely, reminded me of AA Milne's art and mood. The only thing I wish about the book was offering some printed/non cursive text of the prose alongside because cursive has been really hard for me to read since I was a kid!! Plus I imagine for anyone who has ESL. The prose is lovely, so it shouldn't be missed.

Well…this isn’t exactly a story, and it is something that anyone would enjoy, I think. I started at the beginning, though I could easily see myself picking up the book and turning to any random page when I need a boost of love. It is so simple and so beautiful. I totally connect with the Mole - he loves cake.

This book is truly beautiful. Its insights may not be groundbreaking, but I come back to it at least once a year and discover something new every time. If you haven’t read it, I’ll happily lend you my copy, it’s like a hug on paper.
3.5 rounded. Feels like a cross between Calvin and Hobbes and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. The art is beautiful, but the hand-lettering is hard to read sometimes. Also kind of wished it did more than look gorgeous while sharing what feels like a grandmother's bumper stickers. The bit about teacup stain was cute, and very Treachery of Images.
I definitely still recommend it if for the art alone, but there's plenty of things that I can see other people really loving about this book.
