The illustrations made me want to build a home and live inside these pages forever, quite sure that these characters won't let me down or leave me unhappy in any way.

This book gets to the heart of life. It touches it lightly for a brief moment and then flutters away again. The story is like a dream, in which you go from short moment to moment.
This book touched my soul, it hit me in my self-love, in my inner child, in my imposter syndrome, it hit me in my relationships with others... It just keeps on giving truths.
And i haven't even mentioned the artwork yet! As a creative art lover myself, I think the drawings are beautiful. The styles of the artwork vary from page to page. Some detailed, but mostly fleeting. Some where it only seems like there are just minimalistic lines, but they tell a whole story. Every page I turned I was curious about what was to come. Some pages gave me a smile, on some pages I was so surprised by the drawings and other pages I was silent for a while from recognition. It's a wonderful book, just to have or to look into occasionally. I finished it within half an hour, but that doesn't make it any less valuable.
