All I can say is this book is a freaking delight. I wish there were more stories like this because I had such a fabulous time reading it. I haven't actually laughed out loud while reading a book in who knows how long.
I knew this would be a new comfort read and favorite of mine about 10% of the way in, and it did not disappoint.

Read for book club. I wanted to like this one a lot more than I did - the characters are charming, the setting is cool, the magic is unique - but I just had a hard time getting and staying into it - kept getting distracted
