I think that this book is very important to the understanding of propaganda and what it really is. keep in mind when it was written with some of the information, but  I would say that a majority of the information and examples are topical and very interesting to learn and read about.

It was a pretty interesting read, pretty dated being written in the 1920's but a lot of the same concepts are still there.

Scary stuff. If you think you aren't being manipulated, I've got news for you...

An old book, that was referenced in Stuff they don't want you to know. It was relevant

It’s a great read for the purpose of understanding the history and mechanisms of persuading public opinion. Seemingly ahead of its time or just insightful in hindsight.
