The Rochetti Queen is the last instalment in The Rochetti Dynasty trilogy and was a fantastic conclusion to a great series!

It picks up right from the previous books shocking ending, and follows Sophia and Alessandro as they try to navigate their way through the politics and power plays of their family, as well as their newborn son.

I don’t know how I feel about this. A very quick series to read, so a nice easy read. I expected more danger and drama but still loved this book. I love this author’s writing style

I almost felt like it was just cute rather than romantic. The majority of this book was Alessandro and Sophia being domestic which was lovely to see but it’s usually reserved for novellas. I think it was welcome considering how little romance they had in the other books but I think it was overkill. I was still rooting for them but the romance just wasn’t there for me. It was just odd seeing them as “normal” people.

Having said that, I do have think this was the perfect ending, there were virtually no loose ends so you get a conclusive ending. I think the second book was the best in the series but this book was still good.

Although it’s not common for mafia novels, I felt much more camaraderie between the family and Chicago Outfit as a whole which gave the book a unique feel -especially from more popular .

Overall, this is not the best mafia series I have read but I would still recommend maybe as an introductory series to this trope.

The most epic conclusion to an amazing series! I love Sophia and Alessandro’s love story. It’s taken them awhile to finally get it together, but O. M. G. They got their act together and have finally admitted their love is real.
While raising their new baby together and dealing with the FBI, enemies are closing in and Alessandro and Sophia are dealing with so many unknowns, they don’t know who to trust.
Alessandro finally realizes that he needs Sophia, because she was raised in this world too, and she knows how to be the Queen to his King.
Sophia’s character has developed from a quiet, shy girl to a formidable woman, someone who is quite capable of standing beside Alessandro to lead their family.
Alessandro’s character is my favorite transformation, because he went from a jerk, who I hated reading about, to someone who adored his wife and finally understood that in order to be the leader he needs to be, he needs his wife.

Also, this has the best epilogue. I am an epilogue lover. Give me a long game epilogue, and I am a happy reader, and this epilogue was like a whip cream with sprinkles and a cherry on top!

- oooo. I always got anti-hero vibes from Nero. Maybe a Nero and Ophelia book??
- “is he talking back” LMAO their banter is cute
- I just found out this series is her debut in 2019 and the author was 19 when she wrote The bloody bride. WTF. Good for her. Pretty solid start. But this also means there’s gonna be a lot of waiting for future books :(
- as someone in the biomedical field. The speed at which they set up a research Center for alzeihmers not possible. That’s ok. I’ll suspend my belief
- so toto seems not so bad. Is it bad I’m rooting for him and aisling to fall in love and marry?
- ok nice. I enjoyed this series albeit it felt a little dragged out at times. Enjoyed that the FMC was not typical. She was cunning and manipulative and ambitious under the mask she presented to the world and I loved that. There’s so many stories that can come from this world but idk if the author will write them (based on a FB post by her) but it seems Elena atleast has a book with Konstantin. I wanna know if aisling and toto get together (I mean I think so? She wouldn’t go back to Ireland and leave her son with toto. And her son is clearly with toto in the epilogue). Sergio and Beatrice were cute. NERO AND OPHELIA?? Definitely a story to be told there. Even Dante and Aurelia!! And the author made me care about the side characters too. Books like that are the ones that stick out to me and turn up the enjoyment level. Bree Porter created a world to be immersed in and I enjoyed it.

This whole series was written terribly. Grammatically AND plot wise. It needs some heavy editing, maybe next time investing in beta readers would be a good idea. The MC was acting like she has multiple personality disorder and it was annoying af. Love interest was just … ok. Nothing groundbreaking but good enough.
But I have to say… I finished it all. Why? Sometimes all you need is a decent villain story in a form of mafia romance. I needed an anti hero arc so BAD that I was perfectly fine wasting 2 days of my life on these 3 books. I would do it again. It’s 2⭐️ for writing about the bad side…nothing else.

BEST FUCKING MAFIA BOOK/SERIES IVE EVER READ! I’m so sad to have finished this series. I can’t believe that I didn’t like Alessandro at the beginning. I loved watching Sophia and Alessandro grow together, making each other strong and just fall in love with each other. This is such a great book I will forever recommend this.
To be honest I didn’t like the beginning but as one does you go to TikTok and watch videos of those book( there isn’t a lot which surprised me) and it got me more interested and convinced me to read it. And I’m SO glad I did.
To think that Sophia was so respectful and would always do things she was told, to now? I mean she is as ruthless and violent almost as Alessandro which you would NEVER EVER think at the beginning.
