it might be cheating to call this "reading" since it is mostly just simple - good but not outstanding - photographs with vague connections to the poem itself, but it would work as a pretty coffee table book

I tend to enjoy Frost's work, but not as much as some. It seems to me that he was much too smart and interesting for his era (one that was particularly brutal to poetry), and he managed nonetheless to gain a great deal of success. The only problem in this is that he didn't have the courage truly to be true to his intelligence, so he ended up making sacrifices to his age's verselessness. For an example of a contemporary who was more successful, check out [a:Edwin Arlington Robinson|140309|Edwin Arlington Robinson|http://photo.goodreads.com/authors/1268534053p2/140309.jpg]

Robert Frost is an amazing poet, who can speak to just about anyone. One of the few poets that is immedeatly understood, and loved.

A+++ nature poetry

Though some poems are really sinister (The Vanishing Red, eep). And the poems that are mostly conversation are really hard to follow.

Stunning illustrations paired with a timeless poem about decisions, or indecisions; a moment or lifetime; one choice or way to another; frivolous or melancholy. You choose.
