Is this the beginnings of a toxic relationship? Yes... Did I care? No. This to me was very nostalgic and reminiscent of manga's that I had read in the early 2000's. You've got your dark prince who does not take no for an answer and a FMC who is the only girl who stands up to him. It's a rompy good time.

Non-con aside because thats in every manga at this point *sigh* i did really enjoy this one. It was cliche, but in the best of ways, and it has really made me want to read on! I liked the main girl and the two boys more than in a usual shojo manga as well

The protag was overlooked/ignored in middle school so she changed her image and became more outgoing in high school so she can win the high school idol, the White Prince, but his best friend is horrible and nicknamed The Black Devil, it's Kurosaki-kun. Circumstances change so she's living in the dorm with both of them and Kurosaki-kun pretty much tortures her but he's "misunderstood". Not really the vibe I'm looking for. I might revisit it to see how things progress.
