Ok so let me just say, that once again, she lives up to the title #QueenOfAngst!!! I swear I go into each of her books and know this is her title, love this title, and yet am ready to scream by the end because she did it to me again. Yeah, I think I am a glutton for punishment from this author.

So if you haven't read the other books, let's get you caught up cause there are some things and tie ins you need to be aware of. First: Creed is the one in the MC and his dad is Prez. Second Martinez is El Diablo (and isn't always a good guy or a nice guy - but OMG read his book!!!). Third Mia is the daughter of Lucas & Alex in The Good Ol Boys (and yes you totally should read that series so you better understand the tie ins and the supporting characters)

So Creed and Mia meet randomly at the beach and from that moment on, he is entertained by this little girl/young woman who gives him random patches for his vest that he never seems to wear. However, they seem to fit him very well. The problem is as she gets older, he can't seem to get her out of his head, even though he knows she isn't legal age. Now he not only has to deal with the rival MC that is causing issues, but this young woman that is distracting him and making him want different things.

Mia on the other hand is intrigued by this older guy who is the same age and friends with her older brother. Needless to say, she is attracted to him, and when she gets older, looks for him all over. Little does she know, everything is going to change for her one night, one night she doesn't expect will totally change everything in her life. The question will become can she get through this? Will she let him in? Will she be honest about her feelings? Will he care about the age difference? What will her parents say & think? Will they be able to have a future? Will it work out?

Not gonna lie, I'm late to the Good Ol' Boys train. I have them all but never commited to reading them. They kept getting pushed back everytime a new book popped up. But the El Diablo and his sinfully charismatic face appeared...and well, my new found appreciation for M. Robinson was born.

Because how could any one resist Martinez?!? Seriously, too hot for words. If you've read it you know, but the ending was a whole lot of WTF for fans of the Good Ol Boys. It was that push and straight up curiosity that made me see what Creed was all about.

This story is not a pretty hearts and flowers tale. No- it hurts and is brutal to a sympathetic crier like myself. But it's his story and one I think you should most definitely read!

Creed was born into trouble. No use going looking for it...but it seems he can't avoid it. Living by his own code to try and keep his head above water, Creed has been through some intense storms with very little to cling to.

One ray of hope in his dismal existence, Pippin. But even he knows it should never be...

Paths cross, people get older, and some grow up.

This book ends with a wicked cliffhanger. But then if you read El Diablo, you already know what's coming!

Road to Nowhere is a spin-off of M. Robinson's The Good Ol' Boys series, but you do not need to have read those books to understand anything here. Fans will recognize Creed from El Diablo and Mia as the only daughter of Bo and Half Pint. While this book stands alone from those books, it does end with a cliffhanger though Robinson assures readers that we wont be left hanging long. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to hear that as I have to know what happens for these two next!

Creed and Mia meet and their story is set in motion spanning several years. They are 9 years apart in age, though their connection is unlike anything that they have ever felt with anyone else. It is instant and strong, seeing them through many ups and downs. As much as Creed tries to fight it, he knows that his love for Mia is what keeps him going. As the son of the Prez of the Devil's Rejects MC, he knew his life was planned before he was born, but that won't stop him from fighting for what really matters. Mia is determined to show Creed that they belong together despite their differences, but with every step forward they take there seems to be that many more obstacles that threaten to stand in their way.

I will warn readers that this book will not be for everyone. I mentioned above that these two are 9 years apart in age, but the story starts off with these two meeting when Mia is only nine. Though they meet when she is just a child, their connection grows over time. While I was able to enjoy this story for what it is, I know that some will have a problem with how things progress between these two and the age that they are when that begins to happen. I won't spoil the story by going into detail, but trust me when I tell you that this book is worth the read even knowing that things start off at a young age for Mia. I really felt the connection between these two was real and genuine, and the ages they were didn't play a huge factor in that for me because of what they shared.

Overall, I couldn't put this book down. It had me right from the start, and I was on the edge of my seat anxious to see how things would play out here. If you have read M. Robinson's books before, you know that she writes books that are edgy and raw, keeping the reader emotionally invested right from the start and that was definitely the case with Road to Nowhere. None of her books have an easy journey for the couple, but I think that is what I love about them. They all feel so real and show that true love is worth every up and down that it takes to get there. Creed and Mia's story is far from over, and I honestly can't wait for more. I love M. Robinson's books, and this one is up there with my favorites from her and I really think that her writing seems to get better with each book. I will be anxiously awaiting the next installment of Creed and Mia's story to see what happens next!

The best one yet

Wow...just wow. This book was the best one from M. Robinson to date. From the beginning pages to the last one, my emotions were all over the place. I laughed, cried, screamed and swore. Mia and Creed have to deal with so much to be together. How long do we have to wait for the rest of the saga to continue? Hurry up and write more!!!

WOW!! Yep this book is amazing from the beginning to the end. It is so much more than what you think it is. There is so much more to this story line than what meets the eye. I absolutely loved this book. So glad that I have it as a paperback book because I will be rereading this book. I love not only the story line but the characters. They are not only strong but show that they have a soft side but also a bad side . I loved reading about Mia and everything that she goes through trying to be a teenage girl is never easy especially when you are having feelings for someone that you probably shouldnt. But through it all she remains so strong and stubborn. The ending of this book tore my heart out. I had to immediately get the next one to see what happens to Mia. Amazingly well written book great storyline great character chemistry. Extremely enjoyable.
