I think Matthew told me to read this. I started it, according to Goodreads, in 2016. I know that it sat, about 70% read, for a good long while. I finally finished it on vacation this year. I love the style--the repeated, paragraph length digressions-as-adjectives. My translation also seemed to do a good job of capturing the pacing of the humor.

I also really loved the ambiguity of the ending. I understand now that the ambiguity is owed, at least in part, to the two other installments that were intended to come afterward.
