The worst volume of the series so far. I found very little to like in this one besides some minor character moments.

I really enjoyed this introduction of the Arabian Fables, and Frau Totenkinder outwitting the traitor who unleashed the d'jinn.

The Ballad of Rodney and June is also good, though it's so stressful to know that the Adversary has spies so near Fabletown.

I love the development of prince charming. In vol. 7 the arabian fables are introduced. Love it. Best comic series.

So unlike the sandman.
Arabian fables take a direct role in this fantasy epic.
Sindbad Aladdin and ali baba.
oh joy!
its going to be amazing and what about the djinns being the most powerful magic beings there is! Never mind their stupidity to get imprisoned in the first place lmao
I also like the fact that no matter the side story we will be told, it will take part in the very near future in the main story which is a great way to introduce new characters and events.

Interesting

The plot thickens and this was naive of me but I didn’t realize that there would be different lands of Fables! And I loved learning about that, and their own people.

Here's where the series starts to dip in quality a bit....
