Just not enjoying his writing style. Feels a lot more "tell" instead of "show," which takes away any tension for me. I guess it may be because it's written in the past tense, since the narrator is recounting their experience. Just not for me.

Aczkolwiek napisana poprawnie, to trochę nużąca przez nadmiar narracji. Przez to momentami czyta się ją jak podręcznik. Wolałbym gdyby środek ciężkości był przesunięty bardziej w stronę dialogów i akcji. Niemniej jednak jest to pozycja interesująca, chociażby ze względu na realia historyczne. Mam wrażenie, że wolałbym czytać powieść w tych samych realiach, ale bez legendy o królu Arturze.
