This was a fabulous ending to a series that has and always will have my heart. I felt that this volume was well paced, had good development and the ending was well done. The art style was amazing as usual and I think seeing all the characters aged up in this book really made me feel old and like a mother wishing well for her kids. It was so jarring but also amazing to see the characters final development and their endings.
I absolutely adored Monica in this volume. We see her follow her dreams of being a saviour to others and I absolutely love that she researched herself into becoming an awesome witch! Monica felt so grown up in this volume as would be expected considering the end of the last volume but I think it came across is small ways with some of her choices in this novel as we would expect more rash behaviours as seen in previous novels. <spoilers> I’m also obsessed with the fact that we got to see her feelings develop deeper for Dorian in such a wholesome way that also helped her discover what she wanted and what is right for her
Dorian my absolute fave had immaculate vibes in this volume with his disorientation from the time skip but I loved the fact that his goal didn’t change at all and he was still focused on saving Dani. I found him teasing Monica so funny . Also I enjoyed the fact that his love for animals and books continued on in this volume and the fact that he became a professor at the end made perfect character sense .
My heart went out to Dani in this volume as her grief was evident. I think that it was great that despite her condition you could see in small actions that Dani was still herself for examples when her spell to keep Nico safe persisted despite the curse she accidentally placed on herself . I liked that the ending didn’t completely disregard everything that she went through and showed that she wasn’t fully healed but she was making strides to improve and build her confidence again.
Nico, I feel, is the character who had the biggest development from the first novel as he went from an emotionally constipated teenage boy to a young man who cared deeply for his friends and showed it in both his actions and words. His unconditional support for Dani was so well written and the ending when he saw Pendragon again actually broke my heart . Nico truly deserves the world.
Damien and Will were beyond entertaining in this novel. Their feelings were clear to everyone including themselves and yet circumstances made everything difficult. Their ending made me so happy and I’m glad everything worked out.
Mark and Aisha made an amazing duo in this volume and their dynamic was very entertaining. I also loved that Aisha want to stab everything and everyone and Mark was there baking for everyone and being a big brother taking care of the kids.
And of course a big shout out to the icons that are Carlo and Donato. Carlo’s jealousy towards Donato was iconic and they were both so cute in their tiny forms together flying around.
Overall, I deeply enjoyed this series and I could probably talking about forever but I think it’s best to stop not and end by saying that I will deeply miss this world and its characters and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to read about them :)

I loved this series! All the characters were so damn funny! I like that Dani didn’t ever have to choose between the boys. I wanted her with Mark, but Nico was so cute and flustered all the time.
I love how Emir was so useless that as soon as the gang found Aisha, they ditched him and added her to the bunch. I would die for Damien. He’s sooooo cute and stupid. I adore him.
And Dani. My baby!! I really felt her. I get it. Wanting to turn your emotions off so badly you just… do. The world is awful. I wish I could join hers instead.

Un gran final para un historia que tiene mucha más profundidad de lo que podría parecer. Lo que comenzó como las aventuras de dos mellizos intentando llegar a la escuela de magia se convirtió en el proceso de crecimiento personal de sus 4 personajes principales. El final de ese viaje de crecimiento lo vemos en esta entrega y es increíblemente satisfactorio. Bonastre tiene una gran capacidad para mezclar los momentos emotivos con el humor lo que crea una sensación de ligereza, incluso cuando trata temas más serios. Si bien es cierto que hay algunos momentos donde la trama se estira más de lo que debería, dado el carácter episódico de la historia original, la fuerza y el encanto de los personajes lo compensa con creces.
