Absolutely  loved this dark and gloomy story. I read the Dutch translation and found the sentences to be a bit too lengthy sometimes which made them harder to read. The ending was good, but could’ve been a bit more fleshed out. The story itself was extremely creative, hopeful, heartbreaking and shocking sometimes. I do recommend others to check the trigger warnings before reading. I didn’t and was a bit shocked by some of the content.

First 1/3 was a little slow, but the rest of the book had me sucked in. Incredibly emotional and heartbreaking at times. I wish there was more

I really liked the first half of this book, but the second half and especially the last third were so bogged down in description that I was bored. By the end of the book I no longer cared what happened to any of the characters.
