Damon's story was hyped up so much, and it is truly super tragic. I found the resolution between Winter and Damon to be underwhelming though? There's a lot of nuance in their ... distaste... hatred... etc., but the resolution felt like a weird instant flip. Horrible pacing.

This book is long, filled with flashbacks (I hate flashbacks) for the first 50%ish, and the pacing was awful. I enjoyed seeing the redemption arc though.

This book is by far my favorite out of the series. From the previous books, I disliked Damon, but once I read his story, I immediately loved him. Talk about character development.

Älskar Damon. Tycker så synd om honom också. Winter e så stark och deras story är så jävla bra. Först i fontänen, trädkojan och att hon blev blind, hennes ”ghost” som va han asså allt va så bra. Jag hade typ ont i hjärtat genom hela boken för de va så känslosamt med deras historia och Damons barndom. 
Sjuk plot twist att Rika, Damon och Banks va syskon ba sådär (va ju dock lite teaseat innan i boken)?? 
Måste säga att Will nog fortfarande är min favoritkaraktär dock. Och asså STACKARN när han fkn nästan drunkna igen??? Brorsan har nog grov ptsd vid detta laget.

Damon went from my least favorite character to my favorite. I didn’t think it was possible. This one hurt to read but I couldn’t stop listening.

It’s controversial with all the topics it brings up but very Intense and intriguing. The jumps in time make it confusing at first but it’s great to see with time all the sides of the story. Very interesting to read a pov of a blind character. I wasn’t sure how it would end or make sense but it was good

Absolutely obsessed with Damon Torrance, the Horsemen, and all the girls of this series.
