The information is interesting, but the way it was set up left me wanting a lot more, and it was a slog trying to read through.

Informative, very interesting but also increasingly frustrating at just how much real world impact these data gaps have!

I listened to the audiobook of this and maybe that's why I got bored. Often it was list of facts and statistics which was poorly integrated into a more engaging narrative. An extremely important book and people should read it to gain an idea where the gaps in data are and where women around the world are let down. But I found it tough going and dull at times

An impressive collection of data mostly ignored by the wide public!
You definitely have to love statistics and hard facts in their purest form to like this book. The sheer amount of numbers experts and quotes will make your head spin, but in the most positive way.
It's eye-opening really. Pérez presents a hidden and harsh reality with wit and fantastic humor. The book makes you gasp for air in disbelief and amazement at the same time.
A must-read!
