The blurb of this book had me hooked and I could see it having a lot of mystery and suspense but unfortunately it just fell a little off to me. There were so many areas I felt the book could have gone to make it a five star read.

The writing wasn’t my usual style and I cringed more than I would like but overall I thought it was worth the read.

The way she got her memory and how everything came together didn’t make a lot of sense to me and I didn’t quite get the concept of not wanting to tell her certain things about what she forgot. It seemed unnecessary in some places and a bit excessive the way it was handled. It wasn’t a bad book but I just expected something different, might check out her other books because those look interesting as well.

yes! i cannot praise this book enough! this one gave me the same feelings that the salvation series gave me.

i never knew what was coming next with this one and i just rode the journey all the way to the end without a disappointment in sight.

I'm not very big on the amnesia trope. There has only been one or two other books were I enjoyed it and this is definitely one. I loved this book. I was teetering on what I wanted to give it, whether it be a 4 or 5 but I just didn't love some of the parts in the book. I understand why the 3rd act conflict happened but I just wasn't all for it.

I loved the releationship between Spencer and Brielle. It was very charismatic and you could tell they very much cared for each other. All of the side characters were absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to see Emmett and Blakely's vibes in the 2nd book!

Another new author to me this year and I love this amnesia romance between Spencer and Brielle.

I thought this story was a great storyline, it was full of emotion and Brielle's memory loss made me so sympathetic for her trying to find where she is in her life. No one is able to tell her anything that she cannot remember and that must be so frustrating for anyone suffering this affliction. At the same time I felt for Spencer who could not say anything and had to watch Brielle find herself.

Their chemistry and attraction was addictive and I could not put the book down, I read it over one day. I enjoyed the suspense element of the storyline and found this also made this one a page turner.

A gripping storyline, a great connection between the two characters and I am hooked, I have already bought the next two special editions in this series. I cannot wait to get onto book 2.

I liked this book a lot. Suspenseful and sweet. Loved the dual POV to hear Spencer’s thoughts. Would recommend
