A unique take on relationships and how to navigate the journey of being polyamorous.
I liked the book, good intro on different relationship styles.
This is an amazing book--there aren't many others as clear and articulate about polyamory. However, it is naive in mostly presuming that all your partners will know what they think & fell, be able to articulate that and negotiate with you. Which is not the majority of humanity. So read it for the ideas & skill building, it points in the right direction. But don't be surprised when the majority of your partners are too traumatized to articulate anything of what they want or have the ego strength to receive what you are offering.

Considered to be almost the Bible of polyamory, this classic work is not perfect, but is so "fat" with useful information and anecdotes it doesn't have to be.
The writing style is very readable and not wonky. In part it is a memoir of "this is how things worked for us," rather than a how-to guide.
I think that people in every relationship style could benefit from this book, but those in more traditionally shaped ones may feel a little butthurt by the inference that polyamory is better/healthier (though the authors state repeatedly that monogamy is perfectly okay, too).
I am not sure if my favorite chapter is the one on Jealousy, or the one on Sex and Pleasure, but I do know I am going to suggest that some of my monogamous friends read at least the latter one. The chapters on communication may seem like common sense, but they are also issues that fail in relationships that fail. I will be rereading frequently.

"Етичната курва" не е лоша книга и като цяло е добра като идея, но не намерих нищо особено интересно за себе си в нея. Описва етиката и практиката на курварлъка, но явно съм по-напред в него от таргета й.
Still a classic book for people choosing non-monogamy. Much of the first section is a little outdated, but the information on maintaining multiple relationships ethically is pretty good. Unfortunately, it only approaches it from the perspective of a previously established couple and speaks little to newer concepts that don't wish to participate in hierarchical forms of polyamory or solo-poly.
