I thought this book was a fun read. Zen is a charming character to cheer for, and I liked how the narration was written to give readers a close look at her racing mind. A few times I felt like the writing was awkward, especially in the first chapter, but overall I felt like the style was well suited to the character. #LGBTQ #MiddleGrade
