The beginning of this is very slow, so it was hard to get into for a while. But the vibes if you can hang in there are frankenstien with nature. It ended up being really interesting considering this isn’t my typical go to read. Idk how I feel about the ending is a mix and happy and twisted, kinda sad and morbid. If you like frankenstien ish books this will be right up your alley though!

Haunting cryptid-esque botany horror is a great genre.

A gentle Frankenstein. With plants.

Wonderfully playful and queer. Not as many consequences for bad decisions (of which there were many, in the best way) but an enjoyable mycelial read nonetheless.
