Me encantó. Me hizo comprender más cosas y por fin respondió a las preguntas que me formulaba cada vez que veía las películas. Creo que la adaptación cinematográfica de este libro fue a la que más le cambiaron cosas, y por eso me encantó leer este último (¿o penúltimo?) libro. Ojalá hubieran agregado en la película el cambio de Kreacher, o el monologo completo que le dio Dumbledore a Harry cuando estaba muerto, o la reacción de Dudley cuando se enteró que Harry no se iría con ellos, o cuando Lupin lo hizo padrino de su hijo recién nacido, o el cambio de actitud de Percy ante su familia, o muchas otras cosas que harían de la película algo espectacular. Fue un final bueno. Me afectó mucho la muerte de Fred aunque ya sabía que pasaría. Me encantaron muchos detalles y creo que fue uno de los mejores libros, y es curioso, porque creo que las películas (o al menos la primera parte de Las Reliquias de la Muerte) son un poco aburridas.

I can't believe it's over. After 4,234 total pages of following Harry Potter's story, I'm not ready for the end! Parts I loved: Umbridge's unexpected frilly office, the dramatic scene at Gringotts, and Kreacher's role. However, I didn't really like the complicated backstory to Dumbledore. The author changed him, and I was left with a lack of resolution. Some of the explanations of magic at the end were also difficult to understand. I still loved the series though.

This is kinda just a review for the whole series and the audiobooks which I listened to for the first time! I’ve loved this series since I was in second grade, and have read them so many times I’ve stopped counting. 13 or 14 or maybe more? I can’t be sure. So obviously I’m biased when I say these are still amazing. But they hold so much nostalgia value and sometimes we just need a story with a hero and a happy ending ya know? I always appreciate how every detail comes together at the end. (We ignore cursed child here...) Anyways I had a fun time listening to these and the narrator was great!
When I was a kid i always adores Hermione and I think her being a smart, as well as heroic, girl allowed me to become who I am today! (I am also a proud Gryffindor!)
I would pick a favorite quote but all of dumbledore’s are pretty great!
Anyways, love this series and probably always will.
