As someone who enjoys reality TV like the Housewives, Vanderpump Rules and has watched so many seasons it was interesting to see how the characters interacted when the camera were off and on.
I think if you don’t enjoy reality TV this book could be hard to get into because hays the main plot focus.
This book is heavily driven by the characters and what’s going on in each of their lives. Overall I enjoyed getting to know each of them women and what they would do to stay on the show. I will say some parts felt a bit repetitive and I really wanted to get to the mystery and what happened part. I will say I didn’t expect the who done it which is a big thing for me when it comes to mystery’s like this.

WOW! I did not love Luckiest Girl Alive, but holy SHIT was this a good book. Great pacing, literal twists til the last page (I thought that was a dumb cliche, but it turns out it’s true). Sophomore slump, this most certainly is not.

I won a pre-release copy of this book from a Goodreads Giveaway. I wanted to like this book but it was a real chore to finish it. I didn't feel a real connection to any of the characters. I'm not a big fan of the reality TV series like Real Housewives, Kardashians, etc. so maybe that is why this book didn't really work for me. I can appreciate how the story line included the "behind the scenes" view point to show how scripted "real"ity TV really is. I will say the twist at the end was not something I expected- that being said, the last 20-30 pages were the most interesting to me.

Takes a while to get into the book, wish other characters were more dev, but enjoyed the plot twists. The audible narration was not the best for the Brett character so that had an effect on the story.

This book was just ok. I didn’t like any of the characters and the ending was not hard to figure out. I give it a “meh”.

Didn’t expect that even though I should have expected that!
