2.5 stars. Dr Zucker shares so vulnerably about her miscarriage and adds in diverse stories from her clients as a psychologist specializing in maternal mental health.
I think her work is so important, and likely her Instagram has been invaluable to many. But this book had a lot of filler, so I didn't love it.
I picked this up along with several others on miscarriage while scanning the library's pregnancy section.

I struggled to get through the middle bits where she spoke about her successful pregnancy following the miscarriage. As someone still struggling with infertility post losses, it can be hard to hear about others success. Still, that was my personal issue. Overall I found the book really spoke to me and helped me feel “seen”.
