These books are so funny to meeeeeee

I think they are probably best suited for like, a teacher to pair with the actual Shakespeare text or for the enjoyment of PARTICULARLY NERDY teens/adults.

While not a 100% accurate retelling, it was an amusing read of my favorite Shakespeare play.

As someone who hasn’t actually read the original novel ‘Macbeth’ I really enjoyed reading this adaptation/version. It saves me the time of trying to read the original and may or may not liking it but since I did enjoy the story I will definitely be reading the original ‘Macbeth’ by William Shakespeare.

This modern-day abridged version of Macbeth was a fast-paced and fun read. I kind of want to read the original Macbeth now ... you know, for the complexity and depth. But unfortunately I don't have my high school English teacher to translate it.

A fun book to read, but I recommend reading the original play first.

See my other reviews for these books: they are exactly as they say they are, lighthearted, enjoyable text versions of Shakespeare. Great fluff reading when you have like 30 minutes to kill and want to smile.
