The boy next door and the older woman is one of my favorite troupes.
I didn't even know what this book was about when I began reading, because Vi Keeland is one of my #oneclick authors.

So enough about me, I loved this book. I loved Ford and I loved that he was mature enough to understand Val's needs and put her before his own.
And what I loved even more was ending.
Such a good read.

I loved this book. This book makes me want to get back out there after 6 years of being single and being slightly older. It gave me hope. The passion Ford has for life in general was inspiring. Val was a little like me, gun shy, and rightfully so. I understood her from page 1! I just need a friend like Eve to help me along :) I loved the settings in this book as well. Montague sounds like a place I could visit, and the description of Fords place, I'm so in love. This is a slow burn love story with a quirky Male just trying to help a sheltered Female and I loved every word of it!

Molato carino e divertente, anche se alla fine è stato un po' troppo ripetitivo per i motivi per cui far andare avanti la storia.
Per il resto scorre come acqua fresca in una giornata estiva.

Not much really to say about this one. It started off slightly slow for me, so it took a while for me to commit to finishing it. However, it was the typical, cute, HEA I have come to expect from Penelope.

Even the ‘angst’ hit at the predictable point of the story, which caused me to take a point off the rating. Simply because it would’ve been nice to have been surprised about the rhythm of the story.

Yet it was sweet and cute and enjoyable. Again I tend to go into Penelope’s books expecting a solid read. So nothing new here.

Good time. Liked aaaaaaaalllll the characters. Relationship development on peak. A lil deep, but not draining. An overall, certifiable “Good time”

Oh come on! How ridiculously good is this book? It’s well written. Not overcrowded with adverbs, the pace is very good, not fast, not slow, just the right amount, to give a proper believable build up.

It’s so unexpectedly good. I genuinely was reticent reading it, because I thought it was icky. But it’s so well thought and nicely written. Loved it! A beautiful love story.

Hey Mrs. Peabody, can you see my future??!!

I've had this book since released but it seems like I have a never ending pile to read.

Val is 37 and starting over. Ford is 25 and looking for "something". It's something we so often in reverse and many don't consider is wrong. But these two got paired through "Match.com" so it has to be right?! Right?!

There was so much to this story I felt on a personal level. The struggle of a failed marriage, losing oneself in that marriage and the steps to starting over. The pain of dealing with your ex and finding your worth again. Finally feeling like you again and having your child ask if they can ever have their family back together. Valentina has so much strength and from the moment she "speaks" to Donovan there is this comfort and safety she didn't think she could have again. Ford has lived a life of a 30-something in a 25 olds body. He loves his sister dearly, surmised to keep his parents company thriving and knows who is. But there is something missing that he finds in a cannonball. There is no other way to put it but that I fell in love with him along with Val. I could read the story over and over and find new little things to treasure.

I've started my journey already but I have yet to meet my Ford. Idk if he's younger or older but I hope I find him. Really wish Mrs. Peabody has answers for me!!!

4.5 stars!

ALL GROWN UP was just what I needed in my life! Vi Keeland paints the forbidden romance trope perfectly as Valentina is not only twelve years older than Ford, but also his neighbor growing up. GIVE ME ALL OF IT!

"The truth is, you can never have the right feelings at the wrong time, because there is never a wrong time for the right person."

All Grown Up is the ultimate page-turner, as the story is perfectly developed, deliciously steamy, and full of humor. I ate this one up and I'm now dreaming of summers in Montauk in my own shore house.
