Such a cute book! Cliché? Yes. Silly? Yes. And still, I find myself reading the end again and again, feeling cozy inside

I really enjoyed this- it was a slow burn in a way that made a lot of sense and allowed the character’s relationship to build. I admit to being unsure how well I would like the magical elements in it but I thought it worked quite well.

A thoroughly enjoyable read, mixing faeries, magic and Regency England. I liked the way that the author managed to blend themes of social justice into the story without it sounding preachy, and that ultimately Dora gets to be loved for who she is, rather than who she ought to be, or who she could have been with her full soul.

Loved it immensely, though I was a bit uncertain about it at the start. It definitely picks up!
