Like the title states, there are a lot of classic recipes. I don't think I'll bake to many of recipes, but I wouldn't mind a slice from just about every recipe in this book.

A beautiful book with equally beautiful writing and pictures. I happen to know the authors from when I was first starting out in cake decorating. their stores in Toronto are just whimsical and beautiful and really reflect the type of work that they do. The reason that I have only rated it this four stars is because it doesn't use metric measurements. In order to bake accurately you need to measure your ingredients. In a bakery that's the best way to scale recipes up or down. I don't understand why they didn't include those measurements in the book
