Interesting choice in having three characters narrate--it provides different perspectives but also eliminates three suspects right off the bat.
I had little empathy for, or interest in, the grieving family. I wonder if the deceased could have been made a missable character through a flashback early in the story. Vivid prior memories of the sisters' closeness also would have helped me connect.
