KMod is always a pleasure to read. This one read as expected. Fast paced with interest throughout. Whenever I want to read something to take me away for awhile, I find one of her books. You are kept wondering what is going on until the end, so there’s a steady air of suspense.

Another good read from Kiersten Modglin!
I was hesitant to continue reading this book because the first few chapters felt like it will go to the YA Thriller direction because of the characters. I was wrong. Eventhough the characters are young adults, it still read like a dark, adult thriller specially in the last 70% of the story.
This is a 5 star read for me because I love how easily digestable the story is and the way it was written. I also gave it such rating because it stayed true to kiersten modglin's writing style wherein things begin with something very light and eventually will develop into a dark, creepy and sometimes, scary plot line that keeps her readers from putting down the book.
I was really entertained with this book and I am looking forward to reading the author's complete back list and future works.

Another thoroughly enjoyable thriller from this author. I loved the characters. I had my doubts about the main characters being 19 but it turned out perfectly. I was also impressed with the realistic HEA. The additional chapter was *Chefs kiss"! Thank you!

Once again KMod hits it out of the park! This one, as usual, was twisty and turny. I was afraid of her boyfriend being the bad guy...and was right. But there were so many other surprises that I wasn't left feeling let down. I will always, always read a KMod book!

Jaicey is a teenager with a troubled past that she can’t remember. All she knows is, there are no mirrors in her house and no pictures of her after she was 15. She has no friends and feels like everyone is always making fun of her. She’s an outcast. Then she meets Brayden, the new kid, and she becomes friends with him. He makes her comfortable and she starts to come out of her shell.
Then one day, she remembers everything….
This was a really fun audiobook. I laughed, I cried, I cringed.
I really enjoyed this one. I am a huge fan of KMod, so this is no surprise.

This author is one of my favorites! She never fails to deliver and thrilling and mysterious book without extra words that add nothing to the story! These books are always straight to the point and they’re the perfect length to binge as well!
This one follows a high school student that we learn suffers from traumatic memory loss and we follow her as she unravels her past and remembers not only what happened, but the part she played in it. It’s interesting, thrilling, suspenseful and mysterious and I really did enjoy it! Absolutely recommend to anyone who enjoys shorter thrillers!

Jaicey has lost her memories due to a traumatic event, she just doesn’t remember it. When she starts school again, the new boy takes interest in her. That’s when she slowly starts to remember, but is it too late?!
I never seem to learn. Kiersten Modglin book should be read and not listened to, at least that’s what I discovered for myself. So far, I really am not big on the narrators that narrate her books. Jaicey sounded like a witch with a capital b for the first half of the book and it was unpleasant to listen to. But on the other hand, I’m really picky with voices…
Apparently this book was published around 2016 under a different title. So be aware, you’re not getting a new book, if you’re familiar with her earlier works.
This seemed very YA to me, which is not necessary a bad thing, just not my gerne anymore. This was very short and I listened to it in one setting. It just did not impress me, like some of her other works did.
I’m a big Modglin fan. This one felt a bit more rushed in a way that made it harder for me to connect to the story. However, overall it was still an enjoyable read.
