I dunno y'all, I think this Dostoevsky guy might have been kinda smart.

Jokes aside, this book is worth the hype. It's a journey, but well worth the destination you've reached by the end.

I was told this book would completely change my life if I read it properly. I read it properly. It did not. That being said, it is phenomenal and deserves all of the prestige it commands in the literary world

The (LibriVox.org) free audio book is very well read by Bruce Pirie. And at 40 hours length you’d have to want to read it. The story meanders quite a bit but it was enjoyable. Among the very best of “classic novels”.
