Yeeesh, talk about saving all the emotional hits until the last 1/3 of the book! I was listening to the audiobook and enjoying it (hovering around 3.25 stars), but then it REALLY picked up and I was sobbing in bed instead of sleeping.
I don’t know if this is Lorraine Heath’s MO, but a lot of dark themes were in the periphery, and then they just smacked me in the face.

I had to get halfway through this book before I was CERTAIN I'd read it before. At that point, I might as well finish it (again)!

Hacía mucho que no leía un libro de este género que me gustase tanto.
Nunca leí a la autora, y la verdad, que fue un comienzo de serie y un descubrimiento absolutamente genial. Su prosa, los personajes y la forma en la que se va desenvolviendo la historia me ha encantado. Luke y Catherine son simplemente perfectos, y creo que son una de mis parejas favoritas de este género.
